It was within walking distance of many restaurants and attractions, and a five minute drive to get back on the highway. The air conditioner was kind of loud in my room, and the pillows were small.

Have stayed here many times over the years. Stayed at the Rosen closest to Universal for 3 nights before coming back to here for the end of our holiday and i can honestly say that this hotel is streets ahead of that in terms of cleanliness and size of toilet and room also a lot brighter. This hotel has been well and truly brightened up with lighter paint in rooms and brighter white bulbs everywhere which really does make a difference. At check in i requested block G high up and it was no issue. Yes you will get some noise from the I4 but as it's so busy any of the hotels will that are near it. No complaints here and we look forward to being back next year.

I really love this hotel. The location is amazing. You can walk to numerous restaurants and activities. Close to Epic and Universal Studios. Clean rooms and friendly Staff.

Very big property with a restaurant, pools, small shop for snacks, etc. Close enough to walk to the Convention Center (about 1 mile). Several places to eat within close walking distance (Millers, The Pub, Capital Grille, etc.) The place is a little dated (furniture in the rooms) but for the price is a decent bargain.

Room was clean, staff was great at check in. Only complaints I have is water pressure in the room was horrible and there are 3 elevators at building A/B and only 1 worked. We waited so long for the elevator when we left we ended up walking down the stairs from the 4th floor with 3 small kids and our luggage, that was not ideal.

It was close to many places in Orlando. There were a few stains on the sheets and hair in the bathroom upon arrival.

Breakfast was priced right, plenty of choices and it was at proper temperature.staff was friendly. Not much

Staff are all amazing, just a shame that the Buffett restaurant is no longer open for dinner

The room needs a huge change. The moment you walk in, it smells like really old cheap wooden furniture. When I went to the bathroom I found hair on the tub wall and also a used towel hanging from the shower.

Enjoyed the stay, will stay again
