Homewood Suites by Hilton Orlando-International Drive/Convention Center

very disappinting

Very good

Breakfast was awesome, keep it up Make sure enough toilet paper in restroom

Perfect location for a work trip. Lots of food and entertainment options close by

Everything was great. The staff were super attentive, the room was clean, and the breakfast was very pleasant.

The staff was very helpful and attentive. The breakfasts was very well balanced and the coffee with cookies in the afternoon are very useful for an afternoon break

The location was convenient, check-in was easy, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was not clean. There were ants around the bathroom sink, on the dining table, and on the walls. I also found hair from a previous guest on the bed. Food residue left by a previous guest had not been cleaned from the edge of the dining table, and ants kept appearing there. The kitchen paper towels and tissues ran out and were not replenished. I reported the ant problem to the front desk, but it was never resolved.

Súper buena la estadía, el Hotel muy bonito y limpio y el desayuno genial, lo recomiendo.

Disappointing

This was a terrible stay considering it is by Hilton. No hot water, elevator broke, needs updated with paint, sliding door on closet wouldn't fully open or close, trim on bathroom door needs replaced, toilet paper so thin that is was hard to use. For not having hot water (we were not the only room without) all they did was give us or parking fee of $15 back. The hot tub was luke warm and the bubble jets kept turning off and on. Very disappointed in this stay.

Superb

This is a well kept property with a very helpful and welcoming staff. Rooms are spacious. Pool are was extremely clean. Afternoon Wednesday’s cocktail was a very nice detail. Will definitely stay there again.

First room had no A/C. Moved to different room. No hot water for shower in AM. Chair in living area had huge stain on the material front & back. Only 1 of 3 elevators working properly. Male worker opened our door in am before check out time. 1 out of 3 TV remotes didn’t work. Breakfast, pool & hot tub nice.

Exceptional

Everything was 10/10

Tv excellent breakfast as usual basic but overall good as in the past, Tap in bathroom dripped constantly, reported and told sorted? But once I had another shower the drip returned. Much more ambient noise at night from equipment.

The staff was very nice. The room seemed a bit old, but clean enough. The pullout sofa definitely could use an upgrade

Habitación, Porque el Personal es excelente y el desayuno también

Everything in this hotel was excellent

The location is good, and the room is spacious, The breakfast was horrible, we couldn’t eat it. Honestly, it would be better if they didn’t say they offer breakfast at all, because it was terrible. The lift wasn’t working, and you have to walk a long way to reach another one.
