hands down worst place we stayed, we actually stayed there a year ago but the dates got mixed up so they billed it for this week along with multiple other errors. the hotesl was just horrible.

Cleanliness is good. Comfortable for short stays. Wi-Fi is worse. Bathroom is congested. could've a little more big bathrooms.

We never stayed. Email stated we could check in between 2pm and 10pm. We arrived at 2:30pm. The now open sign was not lit up the sign said to ring the bell to check in. I Rand the bell twice nothing. I called the number on the door twice and nothing. We were on a right schedule due to the maid of the mist and cave of the winds tour we booked. So after four different tries we had no choice but to go online and cancel and find somewhere else. Now the hotel is emailing me saying they were there and checked their cameras and don’t see us on the cameras. I have pictures and calls to prove we were there. Staff

Nothing Bed bugs my wife get bite she said and lot of spiders unfortunately. But the lady from Pakistan she is nice person but room is very small.

I absolutely hated this place; it was the worst motel I've ever stayed in. I strongly recommend that absolutely no one stay here. The staff made the experience even worse. This was one of the worst customer service experiences my family has ever dealt with. After an eight‑hour drive, we stopped at the motel where we already had a reservation, just needing a quick restroom break for my 6‑year‑old. The front desk employee wasn’t just rude — she was outright hostile. She refused to let us use the bathroom, spoke to us with attitude, and acted like basic human decency was too much to ask.When we decided we wouldn’t stay after being treated that way, she actually followed us outside, came up to our car, and knocked on the window demanding our name. Completely unprofessional and aggressive. Then she canceled our reservation before check‑in and lied, claiming we were a “no call, no show.”This place clearly doesn’t value honesty, hospitality, or respect. Avoid this motel.

Location. I travel frequently and have stayed in many hotels, but unfortunately, this was by far one of the dirtiest hotels I have ever stayed in. When we entered the room, it was obvious that it had not been properly cleaned. The bathroom sink was dirty and still had hair in it, as if someone had shaved there and no one had cleaned it afterward. The surfaces throughout the room were covered in dust, and there was serious moisture/mold damage on the wall. On my side of the bed, there wasn’t even a proper headboard. The cleanliness was so bad that we did not feel comfortable sleeping on the pillows. We actually had to put our own T-shirts over the pillowcases before going to sleep. The next morning, we needed to check out around 9:00 AM because my mother had a bus to catch to Canada. There was no one at the front desk. After ringing the bell repeatedly, someone finally answered and told us to wait until they came to the reception. Eventually, someone who appeared to have just woken up came down. We then had to wait again while they went to inspect our room before returning our $100 deposit. I understand checking for damage, but considering the poor condition of the room to begin with, the whole situation was frustrating and unnecessary. Because of the delay, my mother almost missed her bus. Thankfully, our deposit was returned, and I chose not to complain at the time because the entire experience had already been unpleasant enough. I personally would not recommend this hotel to anyone. For a similar price, there are much cleaner places to stay in the area. I do not care if a hotel is old or basic — that is completely fine with me. But cleanliness is the most important thing, and unfortunately, this hotel did not meet even basic standards of cleanliness

Owner was nice. Room was clean. Internet didn’t work at night. So tv didn’t work. They just finished cleaning when we arrived so room had STRONG odor from cleaning supplies. Bed was damp from the spray

The property was very near the Falls.
