Econo Lodge At The Falls North

The hotel is man’s hotel, like (working man) our first room the clerk gave us had someone in it. Second room STUNK! Like sweaty, filthy pig pin. Every thing, didn’t seem like a safe place to stay. We checked in checked our room and left the property. After they stated they will give me a full refund. We never stay more than 15 minutes on this property. I have pictures for proof.

The staff. Room was clean. Large bed. Location. Breakfast. Could have been better. Just cereal, muffins and waffles. Could have been more juices, fruit or yogurt.

Location They charged me $205 for one night i booked two rooms, but that amount is too much for those rooms, cleaning so so very arrangement for breakfast was not good

Room was smelly and and dirty and it eas loy of spiders and bugs They dint clean my room i dint recommend this hotel to any one Management was helpless they said we did by booking by booking.com . They also dint gave us credit its horrible service

The lady at the check in was amazing. There was this problem with the door of the room I was allocated. She instantly shifted me to their sister property next door.

Good hotel and a pleasant stay. Clean room, friendly service, and convenient parking. Everything met our expectations for a smooth stay.

What I enjoyed most on the property was the gazebo area, its was very cute and clean

Disappointing

The front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. The grounds were very clean and well taken care of. Easy parking - always a spot near our room. Cleaning staff very friendly. Our room was very clean. We booked a double queen - the beds and pillows we're so comfortable! Their drapes totally keep the room darkened. There is a ton of natural light with them drawn, Even though this room is on the boulevard, you would never know it. It's very quiet there. Wifi was great and tons of channels to choose from. I would like a few more mini trash cans. Near the round table and bed. It would be nice if they were a bit taller because just a few take-out soda cups seem to fill them up, A small stand or collapsible one to put things on because the night stand is pretty much taken up by the lamp. Once I put my laptop on the round table there wasn't much room left. Aside from that everything was great!

Location is good, value for money. Free trolly service to the falls is cost effective. Breakfast was without eggs

Stuffs are nice. Breakfast: Toast, bagels, butter, cream cheese, Waffel, coffee, tea. Room is very large. -There is window but can not open, so can not get fresh air. -We‘re informed about shuttle bus but waited 20 minutes still not coming so we took a uber. Don‘ t know if still working. Because it was also a factor living here, otherwise we can live around the falls.

Breakfast was good and had all options including a fruit. I liked it. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Location is good and in the downtown. We have to use car or bus to go to the falls.

Staff very helpful and courteous. Older hotel but very clean.
