The view of the river and outdoor restaurant. The beds were uncomfortable. The pool area could be decorated to look more inviting. The pool was advertised as heated but it was quite cold

Hello, I have a question about our recent stay. Breakfast was included in our room rate, but we were charged extra for it. We also requested a higher-floor room with a water view, but neither request was provided. Could you please check this for us? Thank you. Hello, I’m following up about the $100 security deposit that was charged when we checked in. We were told it would be refunded within one week, but I haven’t received it yet. Rooms are out dated. Spiders were all over the outside windows. Staff was okay. Pet friendly.

Superb

Great staff, nice bar, restaurant and outdoor seating. Faucet in sink did not work properly and was lose. Shower made loud noise.

The area was dimly lit, and the building seemed old. The hotel, although older and located away from the river, had a more urban vibe. There were large trash bins outside, unevenly cut grass, a broken deck at the back pier, and it generally felt uninviting. And the bathroom was outside the bathroom. That was unusual. I expected more since I was traveling out of town with my family.

Staff are friendly and accommodating. Great views of the water. Location safe & easy access to everything you need. Highly recommend!!

Overpriced

The location, jacuzzi suite and pool. Outside was not clean, the grounds were covered in goose poop, couldn’t walk in sidewalk or grass anywhere. You couldn’t step anywhere, the ground was completely covered. Our bathroom hadn’t been cleaned properly there was hair in the shower and on the floor when we arrived.

We only stayed one night for a family event, we would definitely book with them again when we need a place to stay. :) Expedia site was very easy to navigate and book the room.

Room was okay, bathroom was small compared to room.size. Basically a typical hotel.

It’s a great place to stay but it doesn’t look like the pictures. The room was outdated, ripped carpets. Noise coming from the jacuzzi when someone above you take a shower.
