We had a great stay at this motel..very clean..the staff was very welcoming and helpful..the breakfast was great..Kim the was very helpful made our stay very enjoyable...we will be back...❤️❤️

This place is a very sub par hotel in a dingy location at an underpass to a main highway. 1st the seedy location and obvious blight of the place. No lighting in the parking lot. A lobby that looked like a run down pool hall without a pool table. And a stench throughout.

Location Dishwasher isn't available to clean the baby feeder

My room 221 is so dark with a little window. No body at counter when I arrived , breakfast so poor . It was old building.

Yes, there are a few. Room cieling had moulds everywhere. There was no exhaust in the bathroom. Water filter was not functional, it required a filter change. Location was not excellent, I know that affects the price, but did not look safe either.

Clean rooms. Nice staff. Cleaning crew really polite. No elevator but not really an issue, stairs not extremely long. Small facility close enough to falls/ attractions. Not a dislike but breakfast could be better. Cereal taste old dry & stale. Only 1 waffle maker so extra time waiting. No meat or protein. Waffle, toast, apples,milk,cereal,muffins,yogurt

I appreciated the proximity to Niagara falls, about a 12-min drive-and the quiet indoors, despite being close to a highway. No frills, but clean and really can't complain given the exceptional price of $86/night. Outdoor fountain was filled with scuzzy water. Turn the pump on!

A microwave in the room would have been better.

Check-in was smooth, amenities were placed for only 2 travellers, despite our booking for 3 adults, hair in the bathtub, flush tank malfunctioning, stains on bed sheets and throw, pathetic namesake breakfast (bread, butter, muffins, cereals, waffles, that's it)..all of it cheap quality and not fresh). Check-out was smooth. For the price paid, at least a nicer hot breakfast will be nice to have and better focus on cleaning and room upkeep.
