Motel 6 Naperville, IL

Room was clean. The TV worked. The stafff were helpful. The room and furniture were quite worn. No bedside charging outlets. No shampoo. A pain to get to because of construction.

It was ok for the price but not having a refrigerator in the room and seeing a roach every other day is why the rating is so low. If it wasn't for those two things this would be 4 stars at least for that price.

Clean Sprinkler was used before so the rust and corrosion and water around it was alarming. Floors were disgusting. Bedding was severely stained which is why we purchased our own.

First two nights staying here my mother and I got catcalled by people working for the hotel and it felt unsafe since. The WiFi & Tv were broken the whole stay & we couldn’t use those either.

Had reservations and got there a day late and they cancelled my reservation since I didn’t check in the day before. Then refused to give a refund for the second day

There were stains on both beds, staff was ok. People were loitering around the entrance and staff did not care. Overall i would say avoid this place!

We didn’t arrive until 12 midnight. A discount would have been GREAT instead of paying Full Price of $300.00. May we request a DISCOUNT PLEASE. THANK U

It was a decent place to say. The air conditioner didn’t go down as low as I wanted it too. And the bathroom wasn’t very big at all.

The staff was very accommodating to my niece. I would like to thank all of them for their help. I truly appreciate them.

If you are a family with small kids please do not book here. Naperville is a nice suburb of Chicago however we saw a few characters, possible criminals, lurking around. The saying "you get what you pay for" is true. Unfortunately we were forced to stay here because during Labor Day weekend all hotels in the area were sold out.
