Best Western Naperville Inn

The problem we had was resolved on site. It would have been a better experience without the problem.

It was a clean room and helpful staff with plenty of parking.

Hotel is very run down. Smelled of musty mold as soon as we walked in the building and our room was even more musty smelling. Could tell there were active leaks behind the drywall in the bathroom. Multiple patches that were done but soft as the actual water leaks are not fixed. The mold caused both my husband and I to wake up with raspy voices. My husband has asthma and it was difficult for him to breathe. Definitely would consider this a "sick" building that is in need of a major overhaul. I would choose another hotel.

Good

The room was clean. The jet tub had bugs in it luckily I added water and started it first.

Good location if you want to stay in neparville but I would not go to this place as this is not usual Best Western experience I had in the past. More like motel sub par bed n quality of everything else was not good.

I stay at a lot of Best Westerns when traveling the country. For me, it’s usually a pretty reliable chain. Unfortunately this wasn’t one of the better ones. It was more of a motel type accommodation. My room had an exterior entrance door and there was noise in the parking lot right outside my room most of the night. My room was pretty dated and needed some definite updates. It wasn’t terrible but I’d choose another place to stay when traveling to Naperville.

Pleasant

c

The hotel is old and worn. Unfortunately, the owners are not properly maintaining it. The elevator was squeaking, the main door cabinets in my room were uneven and would not close, the carpeting was worn and sad.

Nice

Superb

Very good

Disappointing

The room was very musty smelling when I came in and the carpet was damp. I was upgraded to a jacuzzi suite because the property was oversold which I had no interest in.

Newly remodeled, beautiful and very clean room!

It’s humble and modest decor but suited my purposes just fine.

The breakfast was small place and it was crowded. The gave smoking room for a non -smoking family.

The breakfasts were very good, and I liked that it was not the same every morning.

Short toilets.
