The room I stayed in was very clean and cozy. The staff was very friendly and the lobby was welcoming and had a Starbucks, restaurant and plenty of seating. I had to request a refrigerator and they brought it within 10 minutes.

We had a small issue with our room, but the staff are amazing and took care of it right away. The Level of service is superb super friendly and helpful. The rooms are fantastic and clean, we will definitely stay there again.

Had kids across the hall on second day, they were playing in hallways and slamming the doors and going to each other’s room and I had to go down to front desk to complain. I also got woke up very early in the morning the day by fire alarm

Very clean and comfortable beds, bathroom and room. Quiet hallways. If you debating doing the add on for breakfast, do it! Many many choices including an omelette station. Good coffee too. Wait staff was very kind.

Unsafe feels at this property. Will never return. Also fire alarms going off and frat style party scene in the hallways outside rooms in the middle of the night. Property in disrepair and in need of serious updates. Read other reviews about staff and GM. High pricing for this circus.

The staff was rude, didn't speak upon arrival and the room smelled like urine. They failed to even ask how the stay was. I was I'll from smelling this scent all night. So much for giving this place a chance

The AC in the room was so loud when it started up. It woke us up all night long. The covers were itchy and uncomfortabe. There was no fridge in the room

Room not very clean, a 2 start hotel is better than this. Room smelled like wet rag walking in. Bedding and blanket low quality.

I loved everything about the place plus we were there for basketball and they accommodated us well as far as the boys and parents
