Sheraton Lisle Naperville Hotel

Was great I really like but they need to fix couple things...and they definitely need a mini fridge on the rooms.

The gym was not very clean. Needs upkeep. The dining room/bar was closed Sunday evening although the sign did not say that.

The location, and the beds are comfortable. Only 1 of the 3 elevators were working so we had long waits each time. There was a fire alarm so we had to evacuate the building. The lighting in the room is terrible. There was no body soap in the bathroom/shower.

The halls and the room are outdated looking. No small fridge provided. The lobby was very welcoming and nice. But once you leave the lobby the rest is outdated

Pleased with the cleanliness and comfortable bed. I’d definitely stay here again.

The entire building is clean. The lobby is amazing 👏 and beautiful done. Staff was pleasant. My room was unbelievably comfortable I didn't want to leave. I had a great overnight experience.

I had to wait a while until my room was ready but other then that, I am very satisfied with my stay

I left my scarf in the room when I checked out. It was a bit expensive scarf, and it had a sentimental value to me, because it was a gift. I called immediately while I was still at the airport. No specific information was given to me. It felt like the conversation I had with the front desk was left hanging. I called after 2 days to follow up and just finding out that there was a process. I finally got a case number. The only positive thing in this experience was, the Lost and Found responded to me promptly, even though the response was not pleasant. They said, they did not find it.

ALL IS GOOD

The breakfast was good and convenient for us. Saved us some time and money to eat here while there was a variety of options to choose from. The staff was friendly with us and we enjoyed being there.

Front desk staff wasn’t able to find my reservation as well.

If you need somewhere to stay in Lisle then this hotel was nice. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The property could use a bit sprucing up, though.

Great staff!

The room and hotel were dated. The bathroom door in my room would hit the toilet, making it very difficult to get in and out of the bathroom.

Horrible. Dirty room. Elevators did not work.
