Otherwise, the breakfast was nice with variety and the location was good.

Breakfast was very nice and had a lot of options. The room was very clean and smelled very nice. We were extremely happy with our stay!

The location was great. The outside pool and breakfast was good Our first room had fleas. We were only in the room for 5 minutes and our socks were infested. The front desk lady was quick to switch us rooms so I appreciate it but we did have to throw our socks away and left with bug bites.

The pool hours were posted as 9AM -10PM They opened at 11:15 when we were there. towels weren’t stocked . No apologies from people working there. It was a weekend, others were waiting to swim. They said at 10:30 maybe another 15 mins to a half hour. That was main reason I picked the hotel. We were in area and it was going to be a nice weekend. Wanted to relax and swim. The staff at check in was very nice and helpful. The rooms were satisfactory- clean. The pool area had weeds and not kept cleaned. Maybe because end of season, not sure.

My first room was horrible. Upon entering my door was open. Then there was bugs in the window, and in the kitchen part as I was feeding my baby, a roach crawled on us. The cleanliness of my room

Overall, I was impressed with the hotel. It was updated, spacious and clean. My room was oversold, so I was asked to move to a King suite, which was not an issue at all. I went to that room and the toilet was not working - the front desk staff immediately got me into another room without any issue. The only complaint I could make was the shower - the curtain rod was installed on an angle, so the curtain kept opening and I had to try to hold it closed with my foot while I showered to prevent water from getting all over. Otherwise, great location and stay - I will definitely stay here again while visiting my college student.

We arrived about an hour after check in and was told that a large amount of housekeepers had called out for the day, thus affecting us being able to check in immediately. It wasn’t too long of a wait for our rooms to be “cleaned” which should have been the first red flag. As soon as I walked into the room, my allergies flared up because of the vents absolutely caked in dust. The room reeked of cigarettes, stained mattresses, and to top it off, a completely naked guest in the hotel pool. Absolutely avoid.

I am so happy that we stayed at Homewood Suites in Miamisburg, Oh. The hotel was nice. Our room was well maintained and smelled clean. The staff was friendly and the amenities were all I great condition and useable. Also this hotel is close to all major restaurants, stores, and attractions. We will come again🙌

The room was great and the pool was awesome. Breakfast was delicious. The breakfast never got replenished, so if you got down a half hour before it was over, you didn't get much if nothing. I had scraps the first morning and nothing the next two.

Horrible service. I had reservations set two weeks prior and even called three days later to make sure I had the correct rooms on my reservation. They continued to send me messages about checking in. We arrived and they didn't have the original rooms I reserved. After figuring out the money and rooms, he then told me, "Oh yeah, the pool's down." They had no issue continuing to message me to come, but couldn't let me know any of that before wasting the drive and time. Horrible customer service; I would not recommend. I would recommend SpringHill Suites by Marriott Dayton Beavercreek they are awesome and helped us out tremendously

Someone talked about spitting in the food, the electrical outlet in the one area didn’t seem very safe, a lot of water damage spots
