Air conditioner very high pitched noise. Corporate was to contact us, but have not heard anything yet from them. Person at desk was very accommodating and said some one should contact us because this would be unacceptable for a good nights rest.

Loved the 24hr lazy river and pool!! Was amazing. The only thing that I didn’t like was allowing locals in for child’s bday party. It’s not a big enough facility to do that. Other than that the room was clean. Fridge a little on the small side. We stayed for 5 nights. Regardless, staff were friendly. Grounds clean and I would definitely return back.

There was several hairs in the bathroom. In shower, sink, and cabinet under the sink.

unfortunately I got sick from the breakfast. My overall stay was great and Shay was a huge help to me and my family The lighting was a little to dim for me also I was supposed to have a walk in shower with a sofa bed however when i got there they had me with a regular tub. Shay fixed that for me so I at least had a walk in shower

Clean property/ room. Breakfast wasn't good, both my wife and I felt sick after eating the scrambled eggs, sausage and potatoes

The staff was absolutely amazing- so friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice and clean, breakfast was great!

Very nice staff, the only suggestion would be the carpets, especially in the elevators look really tired, really tired. I would suggest a tile floor or luxury vynil wood flooring in the elevators. Thats it! Thanks!
