Everything was excellent!

The website didn't make breakfast clear that it was a bistro that you have to pay for your food. No outdoor cameras in parking lot. Our brand new 2026 truck was broken into with valuables stolen, the crooks were able to unlock our truck doors c with technology and the cops said it was a daily issue in the area. Another car was stolen same night at another hotel nearby. The front desk wasn't useful nor concerned.

The water pressure was very minimal, took me 3x as long as usual to shower. next day they had someone change the shower head when I asked for new room. My bed had cobwebs underneath on the exposed area of bed, burn marks on desk

I have stayed in many hotels through work and various vacations. This by far was top notch. I was met with a smile. Very attentive and professional. The room was very clean and comfortable. I will definitely be back. My only complaint which really isn’t a complaint is a couple thicker pillows would have been perfect.

Staff was very courteous We had to cut our stay short due to a power outage at 1am , and the room became very cold. My wife amd myself were beyond disappointed.

My only issue is the guest laundromat. I didn't have quarters to operate the machine and the staff didn't either. Moreover, I also don't have the necessary phone app to operate the washer. Hence, I had to leave to hotel and drive to a laundromat where change was available.
