Great location, staff was great.
-
Love the vibe of this hotel. Feels very bespoke and staff is wonderful. And the 6pm cookies are yummy!
-
Beautiful, comfortable, quiet room with a view and accommodating staff. We would return for sure!
-
Comfortable and well stocked for our one night stay in Santa Barbara.
-
Location , decor and vibe Extremely loud air conditioning unit!!
-
The elevator didn’t work. The water was shut off for two hours. Laguna beach has terrible sewer smells in the early evening. You can’t sit outside on your balcony or even go for a walk. It sinks very strongly. Won’t ever stay in Laguna beach again.
-
Location location location! Right on the beach and downtown Laguna. Plus, the concept, decor and room essentials were so well curated!

Great location
-
Always a great place to stay in Laguna
-
Great design, good location & friendly staff Weird room layout, AC is astonishingly loud (not even the one on the room, but the one next door — like, deafening!), wayyyy overpriced for the experience
-
It was a wonderful, well kept hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
-
Beautiful, right on the beach. Spendy parking that was added on when we arrived. I’d already prepaid.
-
The hotel was perfectly located so that we could enjoy Main Beach & downtown without having to call for a rideshare. All the staff were great and Piper was a standout, she was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean with a lot of great little touches.

Location, pool Room was dirty and very loud
-
The view of the ocean was great. The location is superb. Troy was so friendly and professional and helpful. It was great being able to have breakfast at Casa Loma one morning. And, the pool was fantastic, and we loved the shower in the pool area...so convenient! The view from the Terrace was great. The cookies! the wine spritzer! The water available in the lobby. Casa Loma is truly a special place. We met a couple who stay at Casa Loma regularly, and we can see why. Although it was convenient parking there, the parking fee was too much.
-
Amazing place, all details checked to perfection, our new place to relax and have fun in SoCal
-
The property was very well maintained parking wasn’t an issue at all. We loved the staff and the room had such a romantic vibe. We loved how the room came with complimentary drinks and snacks. Ocean view from our room was spectacular. Would recommend staying here again
-
Location is amazing, hotel has old design yet clean rooms and amenities Cozy vibe, friendly and steps from beach/ocean

We had a nice big window in our room, but it looked directly into another guests patio. Also the parking is over priced. For $70 per a day, it needs to be valet. At this price point, I should not have to park my car and carry my own luggage. Also, I suggest complimentary coffee in the lobby for breakfast. The stuff in the rooms was terrible.
-
Definitely would return. Only 1 small complaint, parking is way too high… really .. $75/night. And I did ask for something special to be put in my daughter’s room for her 21st, but nothing. Step up guys.
