Location The room, old facilities, the noise of the AC, the bathroom tub didn't had a plug the stop the water.

Julie at the front desk. She was so accommodating. Very easy to like, I enjoyed our conversations and will miss her. I had asked the maid if she would clean my room, and left the message ticket on the door , but no one came. Finally, on my last night I asked Julie. She sent someone, which was great.

Properly is extremely rundown and tattered, and looks nothing like the pictures advertise. The pool was filthy and clearly not usable. Our room had not been properly cleaned, the towels were just laying on the counter. There was hair in the toilet and on the seat. It was obvious it had not been vacuumed and the bedding was in atrocious condition. The door barely latched. The carpet was so badly worn and dirty that it was literally crunchy under foot. At that point, we had a serious concerns about what we might be bringing home with us, and there was absolutely no way we were going to spend the night in the room. Unfortunately, the front desk was no help whatsoever when I expressed my concerns and dissatisfaction. Their response was extremely disappointing and did they did nothing to resolve the situation. Warning……there are plenty of other places to stay in Laguna Beach. Based on our experience, I strongly recommend that you DO NOT book this hotel.

The staff experience got better each day. There are basic amenities. The fan in the bathroom did not work. Our door opened into the bed. Cute place. Convenient location. Small rooms but worked.

The location, the view of the pool etc from the balconies, the staff was very helpful. Great all around stay. Would book it again.

Location was great for our needs. Room was fairly comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room needs updating. AC window unit was noisy and barely kept the room cool. Refrigerator leaked. Shower controls didn't work well. There were tiny ants in the room.

Besides the location this place has not much to offer. Definitely not worth the price - needs major renovations.
