Great location! Just too many stairs up and down from our little room.
-
Good location very close to a lovely beach and park. Covered parking was included in the price Room was very clean and quiet. Our room was upstairs, but the manager was kind enough to help us with our bags. We had some water and treats along with a thank you note in the room on arrival. The beds were very comfortable! Would definitely stay there again!

Downstairs rooms are a little loud with and the rooms don’t black out so bring earplugs and eye mask if you are sensitive. Overall great place and I’d come back.

Would stay here again. I stayed with a kitchenette. Loved it. Felt like a little house almost. Nice pool Helpful staff especially Anderson. And of course love Laguna Beach! God is good. He made such a beautiful place.

Tides was really nice. The grounds were clean. It’s close the beach, restaurants and shops. They have a great little fire place and seating area by the pool. Room was a little small as was the sho but still comfortable

Such a sweet spot in north Laguna had a beautiful day and night here. Will be back!

compact parking lot.

Quaint and friendly. I’d recommend to anyone who likes boutique hotels. Tastefully decorated and comfortable. Only a block from the beach and a great coffee shop just on the corner. The outdoor area was great though we got in late so didn’t take advantage. The bathroom is pretty small in the one we were in, probably not for people who have a hard time getting around.

Cute property and very clean. Great convenient location right up the hill from downtown. We used the beautiful coastal walk to go back and forth from town to the hotel ( which is only a short walk up a small hill) Had a lovely stay, would recommend!!

This will definitely be our go-to place to stay when we return yearly for the art festival.
-
Well maintained property close to downtown Laguna and the Pageant of the Masters zite

I think that even though the bed was advertised as a queen-size bed, it was actually closer to a twin or full-size bed. It was definitely not queen-size.

The staff is super also !

My room was comfortable, quiet, and clean. The temperature was comfortable, the staff was assistive, parking a little cramped but okay.
-
It's super convenient location wise but the rooms are like a Super 8 or Motel 6. Didn't expect that.
-
The staff is the most helpful that we have ever encountered. They truly care about every customer. The Tides is located across from Heisler Park, the best place to see the sunsets. It is also a short walk to the main beach and downtown. We parked out car at the Tides and walked everywhere including the the art festivals. This is our second stay and we wouldn't stay anywhere else

I got a room with the kitchenette. There was one wine glass 2 drinking normal glasses two plates no bowls and two of each fork, knife, and spoon. I didn’t intend to do much cooking, but I felt that it was. I am a tea drinker and there was only a Keurig coffee maker. The bathroom in the unit I rented was clean but extremely small thankfully I have a hanging vanity case because there was no room on the top of the vanity to put any items. The shower was also extremely small probably the smallest I’ve ever been in. But overall, the place was quaint. The bed was good. The staff were very nice.

The location was fine. close to the beach and downtown. the room was fine. basic and good for a few days. the staff was not super friendly - had to pull information out of them and just not super welcoming. parking was available but tight. good for maybe the $250 a night i paid off expedia but not really worth more than that.

Parking was tight
