Room ,staff , all amenities, GREAT!

The Omni las Colinas is an awesome spot walking paths the spa and also loved we could order there or take the paths and find many restaurant options. Also 12 mins from the airport.

Always a great experience. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. Perfect location on the canal. Clean, spacious and updated rooms.

The Omni Las Colinas made for a lovely evening. I only wish there had been an on-site upscale restaurant and bar.

Everything was wonderful. I became ill and everyone was super helpful in making me feel comfortable and bringing me everything. I need special thanks to emily.In room service, who was just a ray of sunshine in my gloomy day. Even though I was sick, it was a beautiful place to recover. Thank you so much to everyone...

When I arrived I had to wait for housekeeping to finish with my room, I then had to drive back home because they needed a physical credit card. It’s too hot to go back & forth, I ended up leaving my bags at the hotel when I went back home. When I came back I was given the wrong room. It was my first time here so when I was given a room with just a living room you could imagine how confused I was, I felt silly that I couldn’t figure out what door led to my bedroom. I was in my room for an hour or two until I finally called the front desk, they sent someone to tell me I was given the wrong room, I had to struggle with my bags again, I had everything set up already so I had to pack up again. Due to so many mistakes they were kind enough to give us a courtesy meal & a room upgrade. If there were no mistakes I’m sure we would’ve loved it but we just like it, probably won’t be back

Our view was awesome. We enjoyed the pool, and the shower was great as well. Beds were kinda firm but overall a good stay.

Room needs updated for price point. Still looks like it was built in 1983. At 8:00 am on a Saturday they had a yoga class at the pool and a person on a loud speaker that could be heard clearly from the 20th floor and woke us up. Terrible experience.

Restaurant in the lobby is amazing! Bartenders were so friendly & food was delivered fast. The guy working the counter in the small store needs a better attitude or another job.

My stay was only for one night celebrating a birthday and the staff and hotel were exceptional. I think the front desk person was named Amelia ( might be wrong) because I forgot but she went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Definitely will be returning

The room was beautiful, comfortable, and super clean, and the staff were really friendly Having to connect to the tv remotely with my phone was annoying and it didn’t work properly all the time

The Omni of Las Colinas is a top notch hotel. They made sure we were taken care of and offered a few extra amenities during check-in. My only downside is it's difficult to see the entrance drive in if you're not familiar with the area. The shrubbery partially covers the hotel name. GPS will take you a block down to make a U-turn if you miss the entrance. Overall, it was a wonderful stay at The Omni.

I love my view, the staff were great, food awesome! Bed was not comfortable and I had a problem with a picture on the wall. It seems like it was mildew
