Great location and incredibly friendly staff! I unfortunately can’t remember her name, but the older Black woman at the check-in desk was absolutely amazing. I loved her energy and she made such a great first impression. The property itself was beautiful, and my room was very clean, comfortable, and aesthetically pleasing. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this property! The only downside was having just one microwave available on the 3rd floor, and unfortunately, it was dirty.

Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The cleanliness of the hotel and the location was great. The daily parking rate was a little high and the water pressure in the shower was a bit low.

Great check in, staff was very kind

I got to the hotel early and they charged me $50 to check in early. I explained that clearly the room is ready and that it would just sit empty without me in it. That it would cost not one person anything for me to get there now, and that the only reason to charge me $50 was a shakedown. I checked out at least that much early and asked for the $50 back. They weren’t amused. You would think Hyatt would be above that petty BS.

We checked in at 11pm. We booked a king bed. Went up to the room and it was 2 queens. Called front desk. No answer. I went downstairs had to wait in a long line only to find out they weren’t checking in people because they didn’t have any clean rooms. I understand needing to switch my room to 2 queens but what I don’t appreciate is not being upfront that I’m not getting what I requested.

Great location One amazing staff member on the front desk! She couldn’t have been more helpful. It’s old and rundown. Paid a fortune for a suit and it was terrible. Run down, dirty and would never stay here again. Bar staff tried to charge us for an extra drink that we never had! We waited 3 hours to get into our room because they double booked our suit.

Everything about my stay was great. I had an issue with the electricity in my room, but it was fixed immediately. My only recommendation would be to change the scent of the lobby air freshener, because smells as it like men's cologne
