Everything was well kept. The staff was excellent and didn't hesitate to help me out with anything I asked for. The only thing that could have been better is there could have been more luggage carts. We were unable to use one when we left.

I killed a roach in my room the first day (one of the small, German cockroaches). That room also had an incredibly heavy smell that couldn't be aired out. I was then moved to another room. The hallway on the entire floor smelled like a mixture of dog poop and a nursing home. Luckily the room itself smelled fine (if a bit artificially sweet) and I didn't find any more roaches. Everything is very dated. The single good thing is that the front desk PM staff was super nice. Would not recommend staying here.

The staff were very accommodating Our first room didn’t have hot water so we were moved to a room and the tub was leaking water all over the floor

Sirine at the front desk was fantastic! Very friendly and helpful during check in and throughout the stay. Amenities were nice to use while here for a work trip.

The room was clean, staff was friendly, we did not have breakfast so can't comment on that. Parking was easily accessible. The only couple of issues were there wasn't an ice machine on our floor and the hallway on our floor was musty. It smelled like mildew, but once we got in the room the smell was gone.

I was nervous about booking here due to negative reviews. However, I’m so glad I took a chance because the hotel was amazing. Our room was clean and cozy, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and all the staff we encountered were very nice and welcoming. One of the staff members even gave a toy to my daughter from their toy box! We really appreciated this gesture, as it came in helpful later during the day when we went out and our daughter was bored. They have a sink, burner to cook food in, a small dining table, and even dishes, pots, and utensils. We didn’t use any of these items as we did not expect to have these amenities available, however, we know for next time. The breakfast was good and filling. We didn’t find a need to go eat breakfast elsewhere. Overall, I would stay here again.

The hotel is a couple Blocks from Galleria, this area brings a lot of mall traffic including sport cars racing and revving up their engine all hours of the night. It begins again as soon the sun comes up. The walk to the Galleria is not as safe as it looks. While standing at the stop light waiting to walk cars go racing by coming inches from our feet onto the area where your suppose to stand. They dont care. The hotel room itself seems to be fine. But when we was getting ready to eat breakfast and hour before it was to close the two attendees was mainly looking at putting things away rather then putting more food out. They would only fill the milk not even half full, everything you had to wait to get more and by time they bring the food out your plate is already cold. I stayed in the dining area longer after breakfast was over and the ladies did not come out and wipe the tables down leaving it an eye sore. If your looking for a place close this is your place to stay. If you are looking for it to include a nice big breakfast and restful sleep I would personally look at other areas to stay.
