Very clean rooms, easy access to washer and dryer. No coffee or tea at odd hours of the day. Overall really nice and close to restaurants and bars.

Satisfactory service Just about right
-
Great family style rooms, good breakfast and location Unfortunately the pool was closed the entire we were there which was disappointing for the kids. We had booked here because of the pool.

This hotel does not appear to be well maintained at all there was a ceiling tile missing and the frame that was designed to hold it in place was bent. Pipes and insulation were exposed. The door to my room did not fully close and lock. It made the usual noise but it was cracked open and unlocked so it had to be pulled manually. The whole place had an odd and musty odor. Clearly they used some sort of automatic air scent system but it just made it worse. The desk clerk was not at all friendly or engaging. Gave me all the basic info in a detached, robotic manner. I believe he was listening to something via ear piece, though I could not see it. On day two I asked for a bottle opener. Again, he seemed to be listening to something as he did not utter a single word as he rummaged around looking for the opener. There was, however, a man working the night shift was very friendly and helpful. All in all it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a hotel ( I’m a seasoned traveler and not that hard to please).
