The entrance and parking situation was inconvenient and a little confusing. The parking area is quite far from the main entrance, so we had to temporarily leave the car outside while checking in and then go back to park it. The staff was friendly and helpful, which we appreciated. However, the hotel itself felt dated and could definitely use some updates. We booked a room for four adults, but the room was quite small and only had two towels when we arrived. The conditioner bottle in the bathroom was also completely empty. The bathroom was especially outdated. Even though it may have been cleaned, its overall condition and appearance made it feel less clean than it should. Overall, I don't feel the quality of the hotel matched the price we paid or what I would expect from a 4-star hotel. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I would not recommend it.

The location. The cleanliness, there was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, and around the tub. The carpet was dirty with black stains. The shower curtain was dirty as well and the bathroom ceiling was peeling.

This is a nice hotel and it is comfortable. My only issues were with housekeeping. When I ran out of towels and toilet paper, it took 2 hours and 4 contacts to finally get help.

Chantel was very rude. They double booked my stay, and someone walked in on me naked. NEVER AGAIN

The staff was very nice but the hotel needs a major update. The rooms have very old stained carpet and the bathrooms and kitchen are very worn. I stayed at the property because my AC was out and needed a cold place to sleep. It was good for that only. Would not vacation here

Close to several restaurants and shopping malls. Bartender was great!

Great staff, comfortable bed, pool need some attention but overall good, missing outlets by the nightstands and desk to connect phone chargers. The addition of charging $38 for self parking and $18% mandatory or imposed tip on one to go burger?

Great proximity to the Galleria Mall. Staff were exceptional. Loved the bar area. Only disappointed to see the wear and literal tear on the furniture in the room. The chaise had actual holes in the fabric. Didn’t expect that from a Hilton brand. Otherwise the hotel was great.

I had to do a last MINUTE cancellation due to our previous hotel having no water or ac. I booked and immediately the website showed a stunning nice hotel. We checked in & immediately greeted by hotel staff which outside has nice curb appeal. Elevators were having a bit of an issue that day. After entering our room/balcony suite AND FOR THE price I WAS not pleased, room was mediocre, it was DIRTY, stain on the floor (red) the window view was nice until I tried to open up curtains and they were falling apart. & SO DUSTY AND MOLDY. THE WINDOWS HAD MOLD, (that's not okay) Honestly we ended up checking out a day early. I was so upset the price DIDNT justify the way the hotel looked and how unpleasing it was. I wish they showed actual close up pictures and they were honest. The sofas in the hotel were so stained I didn't let my kids sleep on them. Once we checked out I was at ease, it was not a relaxing stay... I hate leaving bad reviews, but I had to be honest. DONT WASTE Money here unless it's a EMERGENCY. OR DONT STAY IN ROOM 1404 --- thank you!

Room was very clean, nice and cold when I checked in! Cleaned the room everyday we where there even gave us new water bottles loved the hotel and would come back

Loved this hotel. Well kept, beautiful interior, pool was well kept and with nice coverage for if you want to visit under covering with outdoor furniture. Staff was very helpful. Has valet in parking and no waiting for assistance. Plenty of staff members to assist with stay.
