Extended Stay America Suites - Houston - Galleria

Property was decent and room was okay Roaches in the bathroom, one of the bathroom lights weren’t working and on check out day the water was shut off due to a pipe being repaired and I was supposed to get a 15% discount but it was never received

Parking staff air conditioning

Stay was okay I GUESS.. I got there my room was decent. Hallways for the stairs smell like dog pee. My door was open when I got to my room. The only helpful person was the night shift lady. They advertise breakfast but they do not serve anything like that. All they served coffee with granola bars what a joke and told me it’s a “grab and go” breakfast. I was annoyed as to that’s the exact reason as to why I booked. I felt a little robbed. Then why have a set time for breakfast if you are going to set the bar that low.

. The a c would not cool off

The room was hot didn’t let me chance the temperature so we were all sweaty while sleeping and then the next day the cut off the water without letting us know so we couldn’t shower brush our teeth nor go to the restroom it was a horrible morning

It was quiet and very clean. The team was very helpful and attentive. Nothing, it was a great week stay.

Very good

Superb

Exceptional

Location. Nothing to complain about. It's a good hotel.

Great parking

I have stayed at many Residence Inn hotels, only reason I choose to stay here is because of full kitchen, Full kitchen is there but nothing in the kitchen, no pots, coffee cups, no coffee machine, 32 inch TV from 2000 era, toilet tank leaked water and it kept making noise when refill, refrigerator makes noise like scooter, door filthy, Iron to Iron clothes leaking water that is an electric hazard, iron stand barely stands and carpet smells like wet dog, this hotel with get A+ rating if it was in vintage category, very disappointed,

The staff was nice . The pool was unavailable. My room a.c didn’t work it was supper hot. Very comfortable . The room had bugs /roaches

I ask for a refund or discount because I had a very bad experience at your accommodation last night. When I arrived, the door was not open and there was no receptionist to welcome you, so we waited for almost an hour, which made us very tired. If there is no satisfactory explanation, I will put this information on the social and media, you guys are very unprofessional and my time!

Clean room, and helpful staff

Good

There were coach roaches in the room. The elevators always have the smell of urines. Continental breakfast only has muffins and granola bars. The only good thing is free parking.

No hot water was a major issue. We couldn’t take a shower was absolutely unacceptable to stay somewhere and your not able to shower was the worst experience for me. No hot water was a major issue. I don’t recommend staying here until they address the hot water issue.

Nothing AC was not working in the room they have checked us in and in the room they have transferred after complaining. Whole night we didn’t sleep and our plans got spoiled entirely. Next day when we demanded to refund the money we have paid in advance for the other night as we don’t want to stay for the second night fearing we will be sleepless for another night. They have refused and forced us to stay by saying this time we will give a room with working AC. Next day we were driving around and visiting the town with sleepless and heavy eyes. Second night they gave us a better room. I don’t know why they are accepting the booking when there is no rooms available with working AC.
