Just need some improvement like furniture and well kept towels in bathroom !

This was literally the worst hotel I have ever stayed at, please just book elsewhere. The hallways smelt like cigarettes and dog urine. The sheets in the rooms had stains ingrained into them. The air conditioner did not work they ended up moving me to another room at 3am in the morning when I had to work at 7am the next day. People were intoxicated and fighting outside in the hallway all night

This is a brand new hotel and staff but they seemed to be to brand new and not overly friendly and personable with guests or each other. Lot of no clue what was going on all over the hotel Need overhaul as many paint peeling areas and carpets ripped up
-
The bed was very comfortable however the room had ripped curtains, broken toilet seat, musty smell and the sink faucet was very difficult to use.

Bobbi was warm and kind and happy to help she is a good staff, and the guy too is a good staff but The room I got had maps and blood stains on the sheets, stains on the wall, and smells bad everything was dirty and nasty and sticky, there was cigarette ash on the bed the bathroom lights didn’t work. I will not recommend it’s very dirty and dusty like it’s never been cleaned before sheets are brown and old

Location and price I didn’t like how the walls were very thin and you can hear everything. It was very loud

Disgusting

We were going to a concert so it served its purpose. But literally everything in our room was broken. We got there an hour late and they weren’t sure if they even had a room clean. The long term residents were clearly not in great health bc there were three ambulances there within two hours.

Basic hotel. Room was clean and everything functioned as it should. Could use some updating but great location for the concert we were attending

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It was literally falling apart and although the staff cleaned it smelled like they were using dirty mop water and rooms were still dirty when they were done. The tv didn’t work the ceiling was literally falling in the bathroom. Locks didn’t work. You have to pay to park in the parking lot just overall terrible place and I have travelled all over the world

The staff was very nice. The sheets seemed clean. It smelled horrible. The air conditioners for each room vented into the hallway which made it incredibly hot and intensified the smells. The room stunk of cigarettes. The bathroom door couldn't close because the wood was swollen. Most everything felt moist or like it had been affected by moisture. The lampshades all had black rings around the top of them and the carpet felt like things could grow out of it.
