We called twice and confirmed a late check-in and when we got in at 1:30 in the morning, they had given our room away and there no rooms left at the hotel. They booked a room for us at a lesser grade Hotel 10 minutes away. My confirmation that I had a room was not honored. This is very bad business.

I loved the ability to do room service and how easy it was to place my order. Although, I do wish you could order through app, but no complaints. Both restaurants were really good as well. The staff was very friendly and nice, I loved that they made accommodations for me to have a late checkout due to my flight schedule. Also, the room and property was kept up nice. I will be staying at this location again.

The room was comfortable. One vending machine on floor 4. No mini-store for drinks or snacks. No complimentary breakfast like I always get at a Hilton.

The property is old but the staff was very accommodating. Great but expensive Steak House on the property. All in all, a good experience

included breakfast was very good.

If I had to pick something negative, my only thought would be that the self parking is in a deck shared by multiple businesses and is very confusing to utilize. We sorted it out and that is a minor thing. That there is affordable parking next to the hotel is a bonus even if we got a bit confused.

The room was very comfortable the front desk clerk that day when question was asked seem to rush my answers but I notice when another couple of a different race he was very welcoming Front desk staff that needs more customer service training
