The front desk staff and the bartenders were very nice. Even the housekeeping staff told us “good morning” The $25 a day parking fee and the breakfast was not available.

A homeless shelter was across the street

I lodged some exchange students here from the UK and they raved about how comfortable and clean the room was. Thanks so much for showing our across-seas guests a nice time and comfortable accommodations. I’ll definitely book the group here next year! (Their tour happens every September)

Room was very clean,staff was excellent.The room we stayed in had an adjoining room, the door would not completely close or latch, someone had move a table in front of the side of the door to try and block entry from the other room. This needs fixed.

Every morning after guest check out ! Employee left towels on all doors on the 5th floor on all empty rooms! Make hotel appears very poor like Not IHG standards am use to

Excellent place to atay if you travel to Harrisburg

Lady from front desk was extremely helpful, the room ac was great temperature, the pool area was extremely clean and towels where filled as soon as they ran out Rooms are extremely small I went with my 9 year old autistic daughter and it was a hassle for her she felt claustrophobic the tv is too small, the room phone was hot working had to play with the phone cord so the call to front desk can go through, the fridge was full of water on the shelves and when it was getting removed they spilled all the water on the carpet ( fridge was taken care of they put another fridge), to get my car the guy that works there was just sitting smoking where there is a huge sign on the building that says no smoking but yes he was smoking I told him that I needed my daughter medicine from my car and he tells me I have to wait for the other guy to come and get my car so I enter the building and ask if there is anyone available to get my car as I needed my daughter medicine and the guy that attended me in the building walk out and tell the same guy I ask for my car to get my car then that is when he got up to get it and the hotel manager came out and told him why he didn’t get my car and he said he wasn’t on the clock and manager told him clock in and get her to her car and manager apologized for what happened but still felt uncomfortable with this employee behavior, bathroom curtains are not wide enough to cover the width of the bathtub the water will come out the corners as it is not wide enough, the dresser where the coffee maker is located kept scrolling out and my daughter hit her self with the corner of it this is not a comfortable stay if you are going to stay with kids its too small and uncomfortable.

There were cobwebs on the ceiling in my room and the parking garage was full upon arrival so I had to find street parking which was an obvious issue.

Staff is excellent but the property is showing its age. The valet parking is tricky because there is not a convenient place to unload or load back your car. Downtown Harrisburg is not a great place to visit.

Good stay , comfortable bed, close to everything

When I checked in after 5 pm I had a king size bed reserved & I was informed it will be a little wait as no king size beds were available however I was offered a double bed. Then I get in my room there was no iron I called downstairs & immediately was given an iron. However I went to take a shower & had 2 towels but no wash cloths & I called downstairs again & was advised someone will bring me 2 as that is what I asked for but 30 plus minutes went by & no one ever showed up so I had to call again & the young lady apologized & brought them up herself. So basically it was an inconvenience for me to have to constantly call down stairs when what I needed should have already been in my room. Very disappointed.
