Penn Harris Hotel Harrisburg, Trademark by Wyndham

Staff could be more open and receptive. Great property, poor service

Exceptional

The shower did not work very well and I had to stand ankle deep in the bathtub while showering. I only shower for about 5 minutes, so it wasn't because the plug was drained. I just lived with it for 3 nights because I had such an early and late schedule at the farm show that I didn't have time to address it an change rooms. Other than that, the hotel was fine. Thank you for the stay.

Restaurant was very good. I had a lamb shank best I ever had.

Did not keep to what is mentioned in the brochure

I have nothing to complain about it is a wonderful hotel.

Dinner in the Italian restaurant was excellent. Room was spacious with large fridge The toilet was very noisy

John has been going there to the Carlisle Car show for over 20 years, he said the renovations at the hotel were really great, we will be back next year. John has no complaints

Michael and the staff at the front desk were especially helpful with solving a problem I created with the reservation. The front desk staff is great. No complaints

its been a week in counting . just horrible :(

Side door access with helpful for my assigned room

An older hotel, but is nice place to stay

Room still had privious guests belongings in it. Toilet would not flush. Had to call maintenence for then once. Last night there I left at 3am because of music blasting for hours. Not happy

Easy check in process. Comfortable room. Restaurant had great food and outstanding service. NA

Good location.

Everything

The room was very nice. The staff was nice

We arrived at night, hotel was a little challenging to locate? Plenty of parking, nice staff. Hotel needs updates: ELEVATOR, Carpets Cleaned, All Light Switches changed with Dimmers, and Slip-Resistant tub items, and Glass shower doors/

Clean room

Room was nice, need magnet in the middle of the shower curtain, it formed a funnel to direct water outside the tub. A/c need to run continuously to keep me cool, it does not run as I prefer. There were some elderly folks with mobility problems that had to stay on the third floor. I assisted one with luggage.
