No towels at the pool. No extra linens for the pull out couch in the room.

rooms were clean, staff very friendly, breakfast great. Don't see why I have to pay $10 per night to park, the parking area looks just the same the last time I was here and I didn't have to pay for parking!
-
Conveniently located. Bfast ok...could be better. Front desk staff were helpful. Had trouble getting the safe in the room to work. Walkable. Housekeeping was good.
-
Room & staff, were excellent. Property location was easy to get to and convenient. Breakfast looked good, but tasted like rubber. The eggs and turkey sausage were microwaved. Recommend the property but skip the

The unexpected charges that the hotel adds in during checkin and on checkout are untrustworthy. The fees and taxes were 15 to 20 more per night then what was charged (reported to be the cost) on Expedia. In addition they charge to park in their own parking lot when there is no other reason for outsiders to park in their lot. The TV does not connect to typical apps (generally available at most hotels now a days). Front desk staff is good once they finally look up from their own phone and the breakfast was good quality. Overall this establishment is finding ways to take advantage of their guests by not being upfront about costs and this just feels shady and not something I would expect from a large chain like Holiday Inn.

Our room was very clean and the whole property seemed well maintained. The breakfast was one of the very best I have experienced in decades of hotel stays. Crispy bacon real eggs, a great variety of cold and hot items, plus pancakes and cinnamon rolls!

Our stay was ok. I did ask for a ADA room but none were available. I figured they would at least have grab bars to be able to be safe in the shower. There was a seat at the end of shower. Grab bars were in the front where you could not be safe to sit down on the back part of the shower. Toilet seat was a standard low seat. Did not feel safe at all because of an injury. After our stay I was upset and talked to the manager at from t desk. She explained she understands the frustration I was experiencing. Unless you are in a position where you need to get yourself up off a toilet seat you have no idea how frightening it is to try to do it without the bars. You can be stuck there with no help. Might be funny to some but not when you are handicapped. Even the handicapped bathrooms in the entrance don’t have the bars needed. The manager explained that they were in discussing a new renovation in the future to address this situation. I hope this is true. Hotels need to address these issues.

Only issue is the doors and walls are thin so you hear the thundering of steps and people outside your room. But if you’re spending your time in your room, then watch tv. Great area for a short trip, great staff and good times.

Great place to stay. It is walking distance to the gondola ride up the mountain. Nice area and friendly front office staff.
-
The gentleman was nice to deal with. The morning girl was very rude and seemed like she didn't want to be there. The breakfast was just okay the biscuits were hard the gravy was cold. Not much of a selection as other places. Unless there was nothing else available I wouldn't stay there again

Nice stay and clean rooms. Conveniently located

The staff from the moment we arrived until we left were very helpful. The breakfast was better than expected. We chose this hotel because we were had friends that were traveling with their dog making it a easy fit for both of us. Our room was very clean.
-
We booked a suite which to our surprise didn't have a door separating the bedroom from the other beds. Bathroom door was damaged and dragging on the floor making it very difficult to open and close. Otherwise, pool and hot tub were nice.
-
The staff was accommodating, Their air condition was so loud we had to change rooms. The second room was fine but still loud. The bed was comfortable. The first day breakfast was decent but not the second day, The pool seemed dirty on the first day of stay, some white floating substance kept me away from taking a dip. The room rate plus a $10/per day parking fee was an over charge. Unfortunately, I could have stayed at a much nicer hotel for the price and I won't be staying at any IHG in the near future. I think I was generous in the rating.

We had ants in our room, even got bit. Luckily my kids didn't get bit.
-
Loud neighbors and can hear traffic noise from highway. Was not informed of the parking fee at check in.
-
Near Adventure Park. Close drive by shopping area. Pool and hot tub on site.
-
Breakfast was great!
-
Staff was friendly and very helpful. Pool a bit dirty

Comfortable bed, back side rooms are protected from highway noise, very good breakfast and coffee. And the coffee was good! Room 111 needs a desk lamp (cannot see keyboard if using computer). Another comfy chair would be good, so that both occupants can read or watch without having to use the bed. The room also has some (not a lot) of noise from elevator.
