The room was not cleaned or filled with ammenitoes like shower gel, towels or producta typically used well, the bathroom facilities were disgusting and had black mold all over the walls as well as a nonstop running loud toilet, dirty water in toilet and sink and the shower head did not work well and many things in the shower were broken and busted like the walls and door. Looked like a sub par motel. We also were charged 10 a day for parking and that was not listed anywhere in our pre pricing or taxes, which is shocking and frustrating(they charge parking for touritsts using the glenwood adventure park but also guests paying premium prices for the hotel???). I will NOT be staying here ever again. Beds/sheets were horribly uncomfortable as well. For the price this needs an overhaul! Tazes and fees ended up costing about $75, which is the highest we have paid in the country for any hotel, even 5 star!! Convent place in Glenwood. Great price. Spacious room. It was a suite but worth the extra few bucks.

The room was really clean and comfortable. Breakfast wasnt that great. Only meat options for hot foods and all the good things were gone already. Very crowded. I didnt use the pool or anything else as I went to iron mountain hot springs which was wonderful!!! Very nice experience overall. Quiet as well.

However, the property is quite outdated and need a renovation. During our stay, the bathroom light was missing its cover, with exposed wiring hanging above our heads, which was dangerous hazard environment. A special shout-out the lady working in the breakfast room- she worked incredibly and the area clean. The staff deserve a raise for the effort they put into keeping this hotel running.

The hotel is well kept and modern. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the surrounding attractions. We will stay there again.

The first impression wasn’t great. I was calling them to inform late checkin(8pm). I had to make 3 attempts when someone picked the call. The lady at reception was also not very welcoming. They charged $50 on arrival without putting much effort to explain why. It was security deposit which is fine. For the good part, our room was big and clean and kids enjoyed the pool. Beds were also nice but there was so much noise coming from highway that I could barely sleep. They also charged resort fee during checkout and there was no mention of it anywhere when booking the room. Overall, it was a very average stay for such high price.

Not much, no one said they charge $10 a night for parking, the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on the sheets did not feel clean or maybe just old, the view was an awning, a dumpster, and barn had look up frim the floor to see a mountain Excess to the mountain gondola

Everything was great. Room was great. Very clean. Breakfast was good. We will NOT stay in this hotel again because of the $10 parking charge. This offends us. You should charge someone to park there who is NOT staying at the hotel not a paying customer. That is why we stopped staying at the Antlers. This is so NOT Colorado! We loved your hotel but not the way you charge for something that should be a part of staying at the hotel we will not return. We are sad!
