Hotel is as lovely as to be expected since it was built-in the 1800s. Wonderful views, wonderful staff, wonderful food, wonderful atmosphere and the best is all the history.

Love staying here, staff is amazing, I would give a specific shoutout but all of them are so great! Rooms are always nice, clean, cozy beds. Decorated super cute. Barons the restaurant inside is super good, highly recommend their salads and pastas. Great location- quiet but walkable. On the better side of town… Will definitely be back soon.

PLEASE be mindful of your bill. I found it very disrespectful, as a paying customer, that Amy the manager passed the buck and apologize that she thought her supervisor had already called me back. Please don't tell me one thing and don't follow through. A satisfied, dissatisfied, customer who is writing this so others don't have to go through what I just did

We had to store ou bikes. The staff was so accommodating. We loved riding our bikes, then spending a beautiful evening in the courtyard. Fantastic stay!!

It’s a historic property and if you appreciate the history then like your stay. The rooms are clean and well maintained even though in certain places the property shows its age. That said we booked our stay because they advertised being family friendly and having an offering of cribs. The pack and play we were provided was broken and stained, we asked for another and they said all the others were broken and it was the best one they had. We luckily had a bassinet with us because we were genuinely concerned about putting our infant in the pack and play that was provided. My advise to management would be to invest in some new pack and plays if you’re going to advertise the availability of cribs. It would be really terrible if something happened to an infant staying there because of a broken pack and play.

Very good stay close to everything down town

It was disappointing to pay for parking. We were also disappointed that there were no Hot Springs, pool or hot tub on the property. Maybe a discount could be offered to use the Hot Springs located nearby.

It’s a very historic hotel and it’s perfectly situated to enjoy the town. Lovely property and we enjoyed the fire pits and in the evening they had live music. It is in bad need of updating! Carpeting is very old, stained and honestly smelled. Towels are dingy and had holes in them. A refresh would really help. It wasn’t an inexpensive place to stay so had expected a more updated room.

The hotel has so much history and character. We felt lucky to be there.

We chose to stay here as we were headed thru Glenwood Springs. We loved the experience to stay in such a place with it's history. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. I would definitely recommend!

This is an old hotel and has that historic charm but our small bathroom needed updating badly. The room itself was good size and the king bed was comfortable. The location is perfect. Short walk to Hotsprings and good restaurants. Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. I would stay here again but would request a room in the renovated section of the hotel.

Room was fairly standard, clean. It had a window AC unit, not central air, but it was cool enough we didn’t need it.
