Comfort Inn & Suites Glenwood Springs On The River

I booked a 2-bedroom suite, only to find out that this room type doesn't exist at the property. When I raised the issue with the staff, they weren't able to offer a helpful resolution. If a room type isn't available, it shouldn't be listed for booking, and the team should be better prepared to handle these situations.

They did not clean your room unless you asked them in which I did not know to ask because they never told us to ask

The room was a very poor quality room. It was a 2 bedroom “suite”. The second bedroom had no central air and was equipped with a truly ghetto out the window portable one. The staff, especially the Saturday night female around 9:30 pm. So absolutely rude management should IMMEDIATELY address her unhelpful and respectful attitude. We will never return!

This is my go-to when I'm passing through Colorado. They have never failed to have a room available at the last minute at a great price. A couple years ago, I was able to park my truck and trailer at the restaurant across the street. Last night, I pulled up just before midnight and scored a spot right up front. I didn't partake of breakfast and the only places I cold find fault would be the showerhead didn't have as much flow as I would have liked and the mattress was a little hard.

Clean quiet room

The bed was comfortable. I along with a father and his young daughter came down the elevator at 9:03 am and the front desk staff, had the doors closed to breakfast and when I said, oh shoot can we get breakfast, she said, no it closed at 9 am...I said, oh we missed it by 3 mins, it took that long to get an elevator to the floor. I think an exception could have been made. The check in person rattled off the amenities when I checked in the night before, so fast, like she was reading from a script, because it was just routine to her, which wasn't helpful, I had to ask her to repeat herself, but slower, so I could hear and understand. She did repeat it at a slightly slower pace.
