Reviews
-
Convenient location to restaurants, away from city traffic, and quiet.
-
I thought the facility was fine. Honestly, a little surprised at what $200 plus per night buys you but no real complaints about the hotel. The staff was friendly. The parking, however, was really tight. And then I found out they charge you for the parking. I couldn’t even find a parking space at the hotel. I wound upparking a few blocks away but got charged for parking anyway. A little disappointed with that. But the hotel was fine.
-
Charging for parking is ridiculous. People smoking near entrance not good. Place is run down

I was a solo motorcycle traveler, just needing s room. This place like a modern studio apartment. Certainly didn't need the extra space and amenities, but nt tired bodt appreciated it.

We had such a wonderful stay! Everything was so nice, clean, and comfortable. We absolutely loved the location—it was within walking distance of so many restaurants, which made everything so convenient. One of our favorite things was the kitchen! It had everything we needed, which made our stay feel so much more comfortable and like a home away from home. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again!

We’ve stayed at this property annually for the last 9 years or so. This property is really getting dated with a lack of maintenance and cleaning, and could use a refresh. Don’t think our room was really cleaned, or at least not very well when we checked in. The Courtyard Marriott across the street, which we stayed at earlier this year, seemed better maintained. The Residence Inn will likely lose my business to the new Homewood Suites hotel being built across the street.

Clean room and hotel seem brand new
-
We loved our stay at this hotel. It is spacious, clean and great location!
-
The room was very nice and convenient to town. The staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was great. The pull out couch was not comfortable at all so don’t count on that as extra sleeping space.
-
Everything was very clean. The breakfast was delicious. Definitely coming back here!

On-line description did not do this suite justice as I thought it was a 2 bed, 1 bath, so I was pleasantly surprised. Bathroom could have been cleaner- but I am meticulous when I clean so my standards are pretty high. Breakfast was a huge plus- oatmeal was very watery one day, condiments were a little inconsistent- Honey was available one day for oatmeal and not the next etc...

This hotel charges for parking. Parking lot was full and we couldn't even park in the lot, one of our cars ended up in the hotel next door, and the other was at the recreation center. I did complain about the parking and they refunded the charges.
-
When I booked the website said it was a queen and a pull out sofa bed. No sofa bed. My roommate had to sleep on the small couch. Otherwise very clean. No decalf coffee in the restaurant. Later finding out at front desk they just did not make any.
-
Clean room, comfortable bed, helpful, friendly staff!
-
The facility was nice A homeless man was sleeping in the bathroom.
-
Breakfast serving area was cramped. Selection was fine though.
-
really nice property in convenient location. The staff were really kind and helpful. The room was spacious and nice to stay in after a few weeks in regular hotel rooms. Would stay again!
-
Room was spacious, clean, & comfortable. Felt a little unsafe considering the group of people smoking pot at the edge of the parking lot. Parking was a nightmare. Couldn’t find a spot in the tiny parking lot (it’s impaired right now due to construction), were told to go about a quarter of a mile down the road into a neighboring facility’s parking lot. No luggage carts available. Found a spot on the way out and still had to pay the $15 parking fee which was pretty obnoxious considering the situation. Good hot breakfast.
-
Breakfast was marginal at best, pretty blaw. Location, Additional parking with no extra places to park and still was charged to park there.
-
NO parking spots, despite being charged $15 a day for parking. We were told to park next door. NO parking spots there either. We had to park across the street. They never offered to refund the parking fee.
