Extended Stay America Suites Richmond Glen Allen Short Pump

It was a very friendly staff and conveniently located The room was dirty like old dirty to the point even cleaning doesn't get it clean, the people that stay here look like crackheads so felt unsafe leaving my car and in fact put things in the trunk of my car, there were roaches to the point that she had me take her bag back to the car so that we don't bring them home, the microwave didn't work so couldn't reheat our pizza and the bathroom smelled like gasoline for some weird reason

There were cockroaches and the room smelled like urine, cigarettes and weed.

Pleasant

The hot water wasn’t hot at all in my room

The location The hot water wasn’t hot at all in my room

Is promoted as a smoke free facility and absolutely is not a smoke free facility, burn marks on the tub edge on the floor in the bathroom and smoke smell throughout the quarters and the rooms. I barely tolerated one night and counselor reservation for the next two nights and they would not reimburse me for the one night that I stayed there and experienced asthma exacerbation.

Nothing it was roach infested. Didn't have hot water.

This place is fantastic

Passable

The staff was friendly and helpful. There were a few issues with the door locks / key cards in our group. Good value for the money.

Very good

Clean and convenient Too many people walking and loitering around the parking lot, the grab and go breakfast was gone by 8am pretty sure the people loitering around snatched everything up?

Horrible place! Will never stay again! Roach infested, clogged bathroom sinks, phone don’t work in the room, tv and/or air conditioners doesn’t work, had to switch rooms cause of these things and it still wasn’t any better!
