I had a nice stay and the staff was ok other than the housekeep staff knocking on my door after me telling the front desk I need a late check out the housekeeper kept knocking on the door

The location was great. The room was nice a big, and plenty of parking. The toilet wasn’t flushing properly.

From the very courteous and friendly check-in throughout checkout, our stay was exceptional. Very clean and quiet. The shower was great and room darkening curtains made for a restful night. We’ll definitely come back to stay.

The location is excellent. Very close to many amenities, especially Innsbrook Pavillion. .

The room was spacious and the layout was good. The bed was not very comfortable. The microwave could not be plugged in its space and had to be removed and placed elsewhere to plug it in. The refrigerator did not cool well and was not a good place to store food or my insulin. Shelves and side holders in door kept falling off.

Check in was easy and very friendly. Room was clean and hotel was quiet.

Great location, friendly staff. Did have difficulty clearing room and bathroom doors in my wheelchair, also clearing around the bed in my wheelchair. Would definitely stay here again. Bathroom had great accessibility inside the bathroom.

Sheetrock moisture issues in both the bathroom ceiling, room area on the exterior wall, the cabinet door concealing the refrigerator was missing and the bathroom doorstop was broken. I think room 525.

It was reported and the girl had a attitude. Also, we stayed for the pool And was unable to use due to testing. Had to ask for toilet paper.
