Patio Motel

A hotel should provide guests with a clean, safe, and comfortable environment. Unfortunately, this property failed to meet even the most basic standards of hospitality and hygiene. The conditions were disturbing, and no paying guest should have to experience this. I would strongly encourage management to address these sanitation issues immediately and take appropriate measures to ensure the health and safety of future guests. I would not recommend this hotel.

Bed Bugs !!!!!!!!!, everywhere. And also they never clean the room in my 9 days stay, even after I asked for.

Overall pleasant stay.

Went to sleep with the air conditioning on, by morning the condensation dripping out of the air conditioning unit had covered nearly half the floor

From the outside and given the surrounding area, the place looks a bit sketchy; however, the room itself was nice, clean, and well-kept. There was also a large Smart TV, which is always a plus for me since my partner and I like to stream our own shows and movies. There’s also a dive bar right next to the motel, which is convenient for anyone looking to grab a few drinks.

Ive been coming here for a while now and every visit so far was satisfactory. I have read the negative reviews and it baffles me to think that its the same place I have enjoyed coming to this whole time. Although of course everyone is different with their own experiences which is understandable but fortunately I have always had a good experience. Always clean, always polite, always accommodating. When asked about extra towels other places would have the front desk person scoffing and huffing in frustration but not this place . They are more than happy to make sure my requests are taken care of. I dont ever really have to ask for much as far as anything other than extra towels. They have functioning fridges, closet space and a good sized bathroom which is always clean and hair free. Only once or twice did I ever have an issue and it was the air conditioner unit had broken down on particularly hot days. But thats about it, not alot of complaints on my part. Thank you to the staff at Patio Motel! You are appreciated.

Nothing like what on the photos limited parking, bathroom too small noisy AC outlet and light at bedside doesn’t work sharp metal sticking out the ground as you enter the parking just good for one night

The staff was very friendly, and always helped us when we asked for something! The motel is located in a great spot, close to sofi stadium which is what we needed! The area seems very local which was great to find local spots to eat! Room was very clean! I would definitely stay here again

It was my first time in LA I went their to attend a concert I absolutely loved this hotel it was closer to Sofi stadium and staff was so nice especially the room and bathroom was so clean

Room was NOT clean! The room heavily reeked of cigarettes! Even though supposedly it is a "smoke free" property! The pillows and bed is embedded with cigarette smoke that does not come out by only washing the sheets, etc. Not to mention weed smell is everywhere there. The room needs to be wiped down, walls & doors washed including bathroom, floor mopped, new paint, disenfected, etc. The light switches were dirty & disgusting and not all the lights worked. The tv didnt work had to call about that. There was no smoke alarm in the room, it looked like it was ripped out of the ceiling. I did bring all this up to the staff/guy who was on duty/who fixed the tv, & he couldn't give good reasons AND only provided air freshener for the room that did not help and said its bc people smoke when they are not supposed to & dont listen, well then charge those people money incidentials & buy a new matteress pillows paint! I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!

Its a good spot for a quick rest or if your going to sofi.
