I found a roach in my room after paying nearly $400 for my stay. I immediately requested another room, but was unable to speak with a manager that night. The next morning, I was told management would be available, but no manager was present. I feel this was an inconvenience and that management should be available to address serious guest concerns. I am requesting appropriate compensation for this experience.

The hotel is clean, comfortable and welcoming. Free parking was a nice bonus. However, the water pressure in both the bathroom sink and shower was quite low. The breakfast was just average.
