New Gardena Hotel

staff, room, parking and facilities

Exceptional

Good staff. Good proximity to where we needed to be. Nice and clean. Bed comfortable. A bit noisy from outside. Air con a bit of a rattler too.

Thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. Staff was very friendly. It was very safe and clean. Parking was easy. A pleasant experience.

Hotel was very clean and accomodations were good. Was actually surprised (in a good way) at the overall appearance of the hotel. Have to say that the elevators are a little slow, ever for hydrolics (if they indeed are hydrolic). Parking structure is a little antiquated and small but given that it is attached to the hotel, don't think there is much that can be reasonably or econmically done to improve or enhance the structure. If and when I return, I would not hesitate to book again.

everything was greatt !!!!

I loved my stay here. Everything was really neat and clean. I also truly enjoyed the included Japanese breakfast. It was a whole experience! I will definitely come back :)

Really enjoyed the complimentary Japanese breakfast. It tastes home cooked and made my morning. My daughter gave it two thumbs up as well. Many stores and restaurants are close by so a very convenient location. It is an older hotel but still very comfortable. Good value with ample guest parking.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was organized and you can choose between a Japanese or American breakfast. The complimentary miso soup was nice.

Wonderful stay from check-in to check-out. Great night's sleep in a quiet, comfortable room, though it was outdated. Helpful staff, fast Wi-Fi, and a FANTASTIC LOCATION! And Free breakfast that was actually good. FREE PARKING is definitely two thumbs up!!! I would happily stay again.

Love the breakfast (American or Japanese style) and the free parking lot. Vending machines were affordable and so were the instant ramen in the lobby, very affordable! Staff is very friendly. I would stay here again!

We loved the friendly and kind staff there. The place was clean and quiet. We really enjoyed the selection of Japanese breakfast. We would definitely come back again. Overall, New Gardena Hotel was a great choice for our stay while in the LA area. And would recommend New Gardena Hotel to our families and friends.

The room was very clean and organized. Staff were very friendly and happy to answer any of our questions. Had a nice view from my room and was also very close to several restaurants and a shopping center. This hotel was also a convenient spot as it was fairly close to most of the places that I wanted to visit for the weekend!

very big parking garage with multiple floors so there was always enough parking spots! the breakfast also had more than just the normal american breakfast which helped us eat a bit healthier. the washroom area in our room was very spacious and accommodated all of us at the same time, their toilets even have bidets which was a happy surprise. i'm also very happy there was a place to fill cold or hot water

Bidet with heated seats, free underground parking garage, and the most comfortable king-sized bed I’ve ever slept on. What’s not to like??

Clean environment and friendly staff
