There were good size scratches in the walls, and there was a tile sticking up from the floor in the bathroom. Small issues that could be easily fixed.

We stayed here several times. I LOVE: 1) the size of the rooms and how well-furnished they are! Pretty spacious! There's enough room to put everything and NOTHING sat on the bed or the floor. Nice amount of storage in the rooms. 2) Nice bright-colored room and furniture. Colors make me happy 3) Cool staff. Always smiling. Great customer service. When I ONCE had issues with noisy, belligerent guests from upstairs, she handled it properly and didn't make ME seem like "the problem" just because I wanna get some sleep at 1am. She handled it in a satisfactory way. I had to call a few times cuz they were reeeally cutting up, but I eventually heard silence. 4) The rooms are no smoking!! And I saw NO ANIMALS in the hotel anywhere, during my stay!! 5) There's FREE coffee, hot cocoa and flavored sparkling water for the guests, downstairs. 6) VERY clean. 1) $12 per day to park in a sketchy part of town and unhoused ppl and drug addicts wander into that unsecured parking lot, because that area/location is bonkers. Sometimes they wander into the lobby for free coffee which is VERY UNSANITARY. 2) The microwave is downstairs and everyone has to share it! So annoying if you wanna just warm something up and finish watching tv. 3) if u wanna find something to do, u gotta leave and drive... there's nothing to do in walking distance unless u wanna get some drugs or get some cheap food
