The hotel was great. I was able to sleep well and the shower was good. I wish their was a breakfast but I was able to buy it.

My kids loved the pool area there; it featured a larger pool, kiddie pool with raining mushroom, hot tub and sauna. So wonderful!

Had to wait 2 hours to check in due to being under staffed. I understand things happen. But 2 hours is a bit much.

The hotel was clean and updated and the room was spacious and comfortable. We especially loved the pool area. There's a kiddy pool with a mushroom fountain, lovely hot tub, refreshing pool and relaxing sauna that smells so lovely. It was a great area to relax during our trip. The front desk staff was friendly and quickly helped us with securing an additional ice bucket and fresh towels, we requested. Overall great place and awesome for stays with children.

Asked to speak to a manager multiple times. Was told “he isn’t here” or “he’s in a meeting.” Was also told they are short on housekeeping.

In case you want to call or email me: John De Carlis, [email protected], 443 986-1992 No room service, room was dirty, carpet was filthy, old dirty furniture, coffee pot was full of crud, poor lighting, smoke alarm went off in the middle of the night. Found out it was not monitored at the front desk or anywhere else. This is a fire code violation which for safety I will address with the proper authorities. Restaurant only open for dinner. Renovation was going on in the lobby and hallways when I was there, and was told by the contractor they would be renovating the rooms starting with the 6th floor. sometime next year. This was like staying at a motel 6 , I expected more from a Marriot Hotel.
