Comfort Inn & Suites Erie - Splash Lagoon Indoor Waterpark

It was a great stay park access was great

Hotel was clean, comfortable, and very affordable. Staff was friendly. Kids really enjoyed the indoor pool.

Breakfast was good. Just was expecting something else besides sausage and eggs I booked 2 rooms, the one room was dirty. The floor was not swept. There was socks behind a chair. And a dirty towel hang in behind the door so that room was not cleaned very well. My room had dirty cups. And the drawers shame on the housekeepers

The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was adequate. Coffee was good and easy to get. Parking was good. Able to park close to door. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The staff was nice and helpful. However It wasn't a good look for them to allow a guest to be at breakfast WITHOUT A SHIRT ON, and let me tell you, HE SHOULD OF HAD A SHIRT ON, if you know what I mean!! The name "Comfort in and Splash Lagoon" implies to me that "splash Lagoon" was part of the hotel and able to be used just like the pool and other amenities, but it wasn't...I felt that to be a little bit of false advertising! We spent 4 mornings there and the free breakfast was the exact same food every morning, I would think they would switch it up everyday? One last thing if we would decide to stay again I would ask for an upper room, we were on the first floor and could hear all the kids running around above us, late into the night!

The kids in the pool at all hours. Would be nice to block it off for adults after 8 pm.

Eggs were watery sasauge over cooked fire extinguisher out of inspection building on highway side looks like something hit the building down spouts for gutters at the b door is missing and the family room we got was king bed and a pull out couch for three adults two children very small Breakfast small room

Location was fine Came back to room early to rest because we were leaving early. Tried putting on tv and wouldn’t work. Called front desk and they sent up maintenance person who then said oh yes I remember this tv didn’t work before. Sooooo no tv or money off room.

Pool and walk to water park was short. Clean facility, breakfast was hot and loaded even with a crowd. Rooms were nice and they accommodated our conjoining room. No elevator for luggage or stroller for kids, The watermark could use a wider staircase for the three rides that require three lanes on one staircase it's a little to small.

The large heated pool

This hotel was furthest away from splash lagoon but you could still access it though the halls without going outside. We had room 106 which was great to access the indoor heated hotel pool from your sliding door in the room without going through all the hallways and you could see the pool from the rooms porch area. Staff were nice and helpful especially the pool man. We were having an issue with some creepy man while we were in the pool and when i told the pool man about it he took care of the situation and the creepy guy left because it was just my son and I. I would totally stay there again. They had breakfast every morning it was so nice. The beds were comfy and you could make the rooms so dark with the curtains they had it was great. The sliding doors did leak because it rained a lot when we were there so the floor all along the side the bed was wet but you dont walk on that side anyhow so it really wasnt a big deal. There was a sign in one of the halls that said they were renovating so im sure its on their list to fix. Oh and there were restaurants all around us and a gas station which made traveling easier.
