Staff was amazing! We really didn't need to ask for anything but while eating our breakfasts we could hear how happy and joyous they were! Talking to people and being helpful and sweet. Always smiling and checking on us when we walked by the lobby. It was so sweet to hear kind words and genuine friendly interaction between staff. The room was comfortable and clean and I am very fussy about clean! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Breakfast was included. The hot tub and pool. This is usually my go- to place to stay when visiting erie. Beds were SUPER uncomfortable, musty smell in room, main door locked only half of the time so our things were left in the room in hopes of no one trying to come in our room when we left the property a couple times (worst experience i have had staying here or any other hotel in general). When told front desk on day of checkout about door problem, she didnt seem to really care.

This was by far the worst hotel stay I have ever experienced. The fire alarm went off twice during my stay with absolutely no explanation or communication from the hotel. The first time was early in the morning, and then it went off again around 11 PM when I was trying to sleep. I also strongly recommend avoiding a room on the first floor. It was extremely loud and felt very trashy throughout the night, making it nearly impossible to get any rest. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience, and I would not recommend staying here. I definitely will not be coming back to this hotel.

Biggest complaint is that the fire alarm went off for 30 seconds at 11PM. When I asked the front desk they said that there was an alarm pull earlier that day and the Fire Department was resetting something and triggered a false alarm. Why they were working on the system at 11PM I don’t know but it made for a hard night getting my son back to sleep. Overall it did what we needed, but I probably wouldn’t return

Cleaning could improve some. Room was very clean, but bathroom area had a lot of hair left behind in tub, sink area and floor.

Staff was friendly. Our AC did not work and it was 76 our whole stay. The tub was very dirty. The bathroom door stuck to the floor when closing and was not able to shut all the way. The kitchen table leg seemed to be broke and was leaning. There was a tile missing and broken off from under the kitchen sink. The bed was not comfortable at all. Overall the cleanliness and maintenance upkeep was not good.
