Clean room, great breakfast!

The management at this location was not responsive or too carefree. No microwave in the rooms. Need to go to the lobby to warm your food. On one day, there was no breakfast served. Nobody said it was a buffet day. Another day, the cook did not show up to cook breakfast. It took a long time to get served.

Our room was great. Had king bed and sofa. Was very clean. Everything in the room was great. Thank you. The lady at the front desk was amazing. She was very nice and very helpful. Thanks again Angie and Todd

This is a clean hotel just off of I-90. The bed was very comfortable and the shower water pressure was great. My only complaint was that there was a lot of noise coming from room above.

Nice big gym with good equipment. Great hotel great location. I’d like stronger coffee at the coffee bar but that’s not for everyone.

Will be back. This wasn’t originally my first choice to visit my daughter at Penn State, the other hotel was booked. I took a chance and will definitely only come here moving forward!

Liked the size of the room. Easy access to elevator. Needed more parking and wish the breakfast had more to choose from.

I loved the Holiday Inn Express - Erie. Very close to shopping, conveniently located and super clean. The breakfast was amazing, the staff was very friendly and my dog was welcomed by everyone. Will definitely stay here again.

I understand that prices of things have good up, but for over $500 for an accessible room with paper thin walls hearing everything in the hallway, made for a difficult night sleep. The phone in the room did not work to call the desk.
