The room was very clean. Great customer service at the front desk.

Everything was perfect. The rooms were very spacious and clean throughout the property. We really enjoyed the warm pool and the delicious hot chocolate available at the entrance. The staff was also incredibly helpful and welcoming. The only thing that could be improved is the hairdryer in the room, which seemed to be at the end of its lifespan.

After a long drive it was a pleasure to rest in a clean and comfortable room. It was fine.

Let me just preface that the staff was friendly and did what they could with the resources they had. The hotel was understaffed and many picked up double triple shifts or picked up extra jobs beyond there position to help the hotel as a whole. This is something I respect immensely. However, the rooms were not as clean as usual. Out first room had a bed that was soiled. The second room had food behind the bed and lipstick on the mattress cover (sheets and blankets were clean and the room overall was clean beyond that). The hotel was pretty quiet which was nice but overall this visit disappointing.
