Hotel is beat up. Dirty. Visible dirt on walls, light switches, bathroom dirty. Hair everywhere.
-
nothing at all.

Kitchen was useful. Room was small. We had the Murphy bed which worked better than a pull-out couch. Breakfast was satisfactory (standard scrambled eggs, yogurt, milk, oatmeal, juices, scones, bread, waffles, pancakes, sausage). Workout room was nice but some of treadmills were not working.
-
Sadly we booked for the indoor pool and it is being renovated but we didn’t know at time of booking early 3 months prior.

Lobby and rooms are nice. Breakfast is just ok. Microwave in my room didn’t work. Heat was turned off by the hotel so some had to request space heaters to warm their rooms.

Clean and well-kept, friendly staff and nice rooms.

This hotel has got to be the worst Hilton I have ever stayed at. The rooms were disgusting, mold in the bathroom, none of the outlets worked in the “living room” and I could honestly go on and on! And the hotel manager……no respect for a customer that just spent $800 for 3 nights! I was told that if the hotel was not up to my high standards then I could just check out. Ok….done! No offers to make it right or to move rooms. Just pull me to the side and tell me that I could just check out. He didn’t want the line of hotel guests behind me to hear my valid complaints. My family just stayed at another Hilton Homewood Suites in Kalispell, Montana and had the absolute best experience ever! It’s not the hotel name, it’s that location! Don’t waste your time and money here! It’s dirty, a heath hazard with all the mold, and just down right nasty including the staff.

Staff was nice and helpful.

The posted operating hours in the hotel and on the website were only from 5-11 or similar to that. Why would the bar and food service shut down for breaks without notice or postings. The temporary manager on site (he was from another location filling in) was sorry and trying to help by taking orders during the break time.

Advertised Dining Services at the "restaurant" bar was odd. Only one person to work who has a scheduled break from 7:15-7:45 pm. This occurred several nights. So no food service could be ordered 15 or 20 mins before the break and after the break was a line of people waiting to order. Effectively cut out the dinner hour. The hotel was very clean and the staff was amazing. The restaurant inside the hotel had great food and the drinks were great as well. My only complaint is that I booked through Expedia and I did not get the room that was advertised on their website, but it was still a good room. Overall it was a great hotel. Can't forget, it's very affordable.

Staff support was minimally acceptable. Booking promised a sofa bed. There was none and staff refused to honour the booking with sofa bed because it was through Expedia. Living area was tiny- too small for 4 people. No place to eat meals. Loveseat instead of sofa. Freezer was so frosted over it could not be opened. Leak in bathroom ceiling. Apparent mould was visible one back side of tile once it was removed. Bathroom door could not be locked. Grouting on the bath tub was black.
