While some signs of age, the property was well maintained, staff helpful, and all amenities a travel needed.

I called down to the front desk and told them our room smelled like weed and they said they would bring up some air freshener. We never saw anyone. The housekeeper in the morning was very nice and friendly.

Stayed for business have stayed in much better for price. Won’t stay again but hotel was decent.

Overall my stay was good. The rooms can achieve ice cold just how I like and the beds are comfortable. The Staff were not bad they weren't the best I've had but I wasn't disappointed. The location is great it's close to many restaurants and stores. I wasn't able to enjoy the pool I'm assuming its too late in the season. Just a suggestion but maybe empty it out, clean it, then cover it so it doesn't look like an abandoned pool. Lastly my biggest disappointment was the breakfast. It begins at 7am I arrive at 7:30am and the food is already cold. They serve tater tots that have completely broken down to bits and what I believe were breaded sausages that looked like they spent to long in what I'm assuming was a microwave and yet colder than my room. The only thing redeemable about this breakfast was the waffles which you yourself make fresh. I believe you're entire breakfast set up needs an overhaul.

Staff was very welcoming check in was quick. Room was clean. Bed was comfy and quiet.

It was clean and exactly what I needed for a quick family trip.

The lady at the front desk was outstanding, she was so friendly and accommodating and made sure I had no questions unanswered!

The bed is not the most comfortable thing to sleep on and the pillows are terrible, very thin. Breakfast is ok. They clearly use a microwave to cook majority of the food. They had chicken nuggets one morning for chicken and waffles. The nuggets were soggy and partially warm. Same with the potatoes.

The mattress had an odor.

Hotel was fine (clean) but a little dated. Clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast.

Very friendly staff and clean rooms. Will stay here again if I'm back that way. Excellent accomodations for a great price!

Our room did not get cleaned over the 3 days we were there. When they did eventually come at 3:00pm we were returning from visiting the city and needed to get ready for a wedding. I asked if they could come back and she said no, I get off at 4pm. So we just asked for more towels. Breakfast was per usual and helpful for a quick grab and go. Did have some sightings of a roach or two.

Excellent Hotel Horrible Staff

Could do with a bit of updating but on the whole okay. Handy for the airport as only about 30 minutes away.

The place is pretty run down. Damaged doors and wallpapers peeling off. Relatively clean but could use a renovation. The hallways reeked of cigarette smokes and marijuana. Staff was nice! Wifi was the absolute worst I’ve ever seen. The network was so over-utilized and could not support the number of users/devices connected. It was completely useless. Staff was not able to help and get it fixed for the week that we were there.

Washroom was pretty bad with lot of small flies..

Toilet was incredibly loud. Fan was loud and rickety and did nothing to exhaust the bathroom steam. The bathroom door had tons of water damage to the point we were worried the whole doorknob would fall off When opening it. Breakfast was good, a nice variety. Check out was fast
