This was the first stay after the construction. Place looks great! The lady at the front desk was such a pleasure and so very helpful. The only thing that I did not like, the room's window was open...all night. I had no idea. I just assumed that the window would be closed. Granted the windows do not open all the way, it was still a very weird feeling this morning once I noticed it. This will NOT deter me from staying there again.

The room was nice and also the staff but when we checked out on September 6 we were told they could not give us a receipt so the next day I ckecked my credit card and found out they had over charged us for our room and then I had 5 extra charges that was placed on my credit card and my bill was over $600.00 for one room even though I had reserved two room my brother in law paid for the other room himself, called the hotel but didn’t get my question answered so I had to call my credit card company and and now it is under investigation,no one should have to go through this for a two night stay

All good. free breakfast could have been better. did not like coffee machines.

Housekeeping did not empty trash nor did they provide clean towels or pick up the dirty ones. We had to go downstairs to the lobby to get clean ones and request the dirty one to be picked up. This might be a regular standard for them. Just wish they would have told me at check in.

Good Location, near some great restaurant and shopping if needed. Housekeeping did not empty trash nor did they provide clean towels or pick up the dirty ones. We had to go downstairs to the lobby to get clean ones and request the dirty one to be picked up. This might be a regular standard for them. Just wish they would have told me at check in.

The only complaint was that smokers were outside smoking by front entrance doors and they left their butts on the ground.
-
1st floor was damp and smelt like mold and wet basement. Room was very humid. Nothing was dry, sheets were damp, very uncomfortable experience.

Decent location to stay. Near lots of shops and restaurants, especially Portillos and Taco Maya across the street. Not a far ride to the transit stations you can park at and use to go into the city to save yourself from traffic. Bathroom was a little small and the door was a little annoying because it opened inward but staff was kind and attentive when asking for extra things you might be missing in the room. Gym was decent with free weights and basic cardio machines. Parking was shared with Red Lobster restaurant but never had a problem finding a decent spot especially if you’re coming back to the hotel later in the evening. They had a good basic breakfast selection including eggs, bacon, sausage, bagels, cereal, yogurt, and cinnamon rolls, which comes in handy with eating before heading out to help save money. Easy to make yourself a bagel on the go too. Would probably stay here again.

Do not stay here , this place is awful
-
Horrible. Forget calling the staff or going to the desk to ask them why the cable works on half the channels or why wasn’t my room cleaned. Answer, I’ll call my manager. lol. Terrible. Never got back to me.
