There were bugs in the room

Clean room, friendly staff, disappointed in pool location and lack of. Good breakfast, good location. Fair value.

Would not leave a comment and take it up with management

There was no hot water and everyone I spoke to staying at the hotel reported the same problem. Breakfast wasn’t served on time and they were frequently out of food. The coffee was very watery. They charged people staying at the hotel for parking. The room door didn’t open and close smoothly, which is a safety concern.

We had an amazing stay! Our room was clean and huge. Location is absolutely perfect to go downtown, West or even Adventureland. The staff was very accommodating and very pleasant. I would definitely stay here again.

There was a variety of choices for breakfast. We received a complimentary upgrade in rooms. There was nobody tending the lounge bar on Saturday night, like the posted signs stated.

Friendly staff. I would have liked to stay longer!

Very good

Front staff not friendly and I booked a one king sized bed standard room but was given 2 queen size bed when I was solo. Breakfast was pretty good. Good location and clean.

Everything was so clean, the staff was kind and the room was large and cozy They didn't let us spend the gift card at the check in. We did it at the check out and we got a couple of bank retentions quite large.

The young man that checked us in was outstanding and we were able to check in early. The hotel room was clean and comfortable but the elevators and outside landscape could use a little clean up. Breakfast was ok but not a fan of it. Parking is $20 per day so we'll find another hotel next time :(

It was well maintained. Rooms could use a lounge chair

Each room allows one vehicle space, which meant my friend had to park her vehicle 2 blocks away in a parking garage for the night. The rooms in front of me, whike checking in, reserved 2 rooms and only used 1 space, so when I asked about that space being freed up, I was told the extra spot was already taken. Then before the night concluded, another staff member said there were no "passes" and no one really checks the parking lot and she could've parked there. BUT, I believe the overnight parking was cheaper than the hotel parking fee if you are able to walk the 2 blocks!

Parking was very small and very tight. The lady at the front desk was very friendly, courteous and helpful. When we asked her for dinner recommendations her suggestion did not disappoint. The lobby was very blah and not very welcoming. Our room was extremely spacious and probably the biggest bathroom I’ve ever had at a hotel. However, the shower and tub were in need of some help. The caulking where the shower walls meet the tub had black spots in it. I could not tell if it was dirt or mold. And on the outside base of the tub something had been removed because you could see lots of old adhesive. The baseboards throughout the bathroom were also not in good shape. The main sleeping area was clean and decent enough for a 1 night stay but as a whole wasn’t up to my expectations for the price.

I would like to say the hotel it self was great and rooms were awesome but you really could revise your breakfast it was awful first off having polish sasage instead of breakfast sausage was a let down also the cream cheese was not kept cold and there was no white milk for breakfast cereal and the orange juice was hot so get the breakfast right and you have a wonderful hotel all the other places that do breakfast have a great breakfast and makes you want to go back
-
Great view and close to walking trails and attractions. High price for a one night stay.

Close in location to events we were going to Didn’t know we had to pay for parking, breakfast wasn’t extra food brought out
