Location It was dirty, the flooring needed replacing in the elevator, all the chairs had a sticky feel To them and my shower drain was plugged. It is just a little rundown to be a Hilton

Hotel room was a bit dated and needed to be refreshed, room showed evident wear and however it was apparent it needs updating the room was clean, cool and comfortable. We attended a concert at Wooly's and the hotel is in walking distance. We did not feel concerned for safety in the area and it was nice to be able to walk in peace. The appetizers and drinks were welcome but the bartender has a heavy pour and were too atrong. Breakfast was nice however I could have passed as a diabetic not too many choices. We intend to stay here again!!

I was very impressed with the staff from the front desk to the bar to the breakfast staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Also super kid friendly, the balloon lady was an excellent touch.

The tv has hardly anything on it to watch . I would like more options. Otherwise stay was good

Nice room, close to everything downtown. Breakfast is amazing.

Breakfast was great. Location was perfect. Walked to dinner and the Civic Center. Room could use a deep cleaning. Spots of mold on shower wall. Spider webs in some corners. Stale smell to the room. Running the A/C helped with the smell. Sofa in room had some stains and odors.

The hotel was very clean. It is dated and could use a reno. Overall great stay and staff was very helpful and friendly. Location was perfect for our visit.
