Room was clean and the hotel and parking lot seemed safe. Breakfast was decent for what it was. The bed was quite uncomfortable but I don’t like most hotel beds. I felt for the price it could have been a bit better but it may have just been that it was a weekend and there was some other activities in town going on it seemed.

The staff was amazing, clean rooms, the property was very well maintained. The breakfast was delicious. This was our first stay at TownPlace Suites by Marriott and all I can say is it wont be the last. Thank you for a very pleasant stay

We stayed here after hiking Carlsbad Caverns and one of our favorite places to stay on our trip. The rooms were incredibly clean, spacious, and staff was great. Great location! Easy to walk to couple fast food options, but close to everything. Good food options nearby, easy to drive to and out of here.

Our only negative comment is that our room was not cleaned in our two night, three day stay
-
The suite was excellent. The sofa bed left a lot to be desired, and that is why I deducted one star. Service was great. Breakfast was so-so - typical buffet fare.

Very nice sized room

The breakfast menu was one of the best breakfasts I've ever had at a hotel, my family loved it, I loved it and our room was amazing! The staff was all friendly unfortunately the pool is not heated but my kids still had a great time even in the middle of March it was still warm enough during the day to swim

So grateful this hotel had 2 rooms available last min. Very neat and clean.
-
Bed - bed was so hard we could barely move and didn't sleep past 2 am more than 30 minutes or so Not enough towels in the room or bedding/ pillows for the pull out bed.

Breakfast menu was fresh and the kitchen needed what we wanted to cook
