Parking was very good with most spaces close to the hotel entrance. Staff were very nice and accommodating. Comfortable room, very clean. Bath had walk in shower supplied with Dove products. Plenty of thick fluffy white bath, hand and washcloths, + hair dryer. Linens are above average, crisp cotton, nice pillows (2 soft & 2 firm) for our comfy king bed. Storage space is abundant, closet, iron and ironing board, Low chest w/2 deep drawers & space for luggage on top. Spacious desk, chair, power supply, duel charging station and work light. Mini fridge/freezer & microwave. Countertop and storage area above. 24hr hot coffee/tea choices in the lobby....oh, and the free breakfast! One of the best I've enjoyed! Thank you for the peaceful accomodations! Holiday Inn Express will be our "Go To" when in the area. See you again.........

Staff was very nice and helpful. Thicker towels and thinner pillows. I have neck issues and the pillows were too thick.

Staff very friendly. Hotel dated. Location good except hard to get into if first turn is missed. Staff excellent and friendly

Amenities were non existent. Having to use the coffee machine in the lobby was annoying. Breakfast was "ok". The AC units did not keep the humidity out of the room, there is no smoking in the rooms but people must have been smoking because the sheets smelled. There was a sulfur/sewage smell coming out of the drains. And there was only one entrance/exit onto a one way street, so it was difficult to come in and out.

The staff was top notch. Not everything I have to say is positive but the staff was probably the best I’ve ever had. The room had a few flaws but the front desk, kitchen and housekeeping staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They always put the guest needs first. I would return here just because of the staff.

nothing Place was dark, damp filthy and smelled bad. For $300 per night. Overall gross.

Our first room assignment was unacceptable due to very bad smell. The receptionist changed rooms without hesitation and our second room was acceptable.

Our stay was great. Helpful staff. Jacuzzi added to the experience. Hotel was in a great location. Will stay the again.

Nice location, only about 4 miles to downtown Annapolis, an easy bike ride. Breakfast was more than adequate and the hotel and surrounding grounds clean. Lots of shopping nearby and a Whole Foods around the corner that is easily walked to.
