Everything was fine. I came back very late at night and found my key wouldn't work but the desk person got it straightened out with no problem at all.

The room was clean and well maintained. The lobby was pleasant, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The breakfast was excellent for this price point, with a wide selection of hot and cold items.

The bed was comfortable, Breakfast was very good. Price was ok and staff were friendly. The room was a little grungy. The floor didn't appear clean, there was an outlet that did not work and was coming out of the wall and the fridge door did not stay closed. It kept popping open.

Breakfast staff in particular was excellent- kept it super clean and well stocked at all times. Nothing fancy about the place but would not hesitate to stay again. Cleanliness was top notch.

I was just there to sleep while attending the Maryland Seafood Festival. Parking was fine. Breakfast was okay. I had just spent two days pigging out on Maryland seafood. Okay for breakfast is a compliment!

Breakfast was really good but they never did get our door key to work properly. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful but the outside of the rooms, such as doors needs serious upgrades.

Checked in was just okay. The front desk staff was not friendly and never smiled. Very intimidating. The staff in the breakfast buffet was very nice and friendly. We’ve been coming in BW once or twice a year. Nice location.

The window AC unit didn’t work for the 2.5 days that we were there and they didn’t dust it. The windows don’t open. People smoke cigarettes right outside the rooms such that smoke gets into the rooms.

The room has a moisture problem. Nothing dries. The towels remained wet the entire stay because there was so much moisture in the air.

Clean but no coffee maker in room. Limited breakfast that wasn’t very good. Would not stay here again.

For an older Best Western is was maintained relatively well. Front Desk staff was friendly and knowledgeable.
